Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, please contact us at help@spaforone.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

 

What Happens Next

  • We’ll send you return instructions and a return label or return address.
  • You’ll ship the unopened/unused item(s) back using those instructions.

 

Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition (unopened and unused). We cannot accept returns of used product for hygiene/safety reasons.

 

Damaged / Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at help@spaforone.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you — no need to ship back damaged product in most cases.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
